We stayed 1 night in this hotel. Located far from the main road, but near Kelapa Gading & Sunter. The room is clean with standard size. They have a big hall beside the hotel. The staffs are kind and help us a lot while staying there.

Before i book this hotel i call the hotel bout the room makesure the bed is 1 bed. They said yes. When i check in i ask 1 more time. Then finally we findout the room is twinbed. Not 1 kingbed. Rude receptionis.

New hotel & reasonably priced and that's it

Hotel was new and reasonably priced but that's the good part. Staff were passive and did not inform me that the key card and Wi-Fi password needs to be changed daily. Had to endure the inconvenience of going up to my room & back to reception on a few occasions before I found out about it. Breakfast was lacking in quantity and variety even by local standards. Staff there seems not keen to top up food and beverages unless asked.

Nice alternative for a Hotel in Sunter Area

My preferred hotel in Sunter area was fully booked (Ibis styles) so we looked for alternatives and found Cabin Hotel. It is located right across the highway from MOI and Mall Artha Gading. Both Malls can be reached by foot in around 7 to 10 minutes. So for tourists Cabin Hotel would be a nice place to stay. Lobby looks great and the receptionists were very friendly. The Hotel has only up to 3 levels, and the breakfast area is at the 2nd floor, which was where my room is. The rooms are nice and clean enough, but shows some signs of age. There is in Room wifi which has a strong signal with good speed. I would have given a better rating than average, but there were some observations that would should be attended/improved. There is no mini ref at all! But there is an electric kettle for boiling water, and I did partake in using he 3in1 coffee while I was working late. The bed and pillows are very comfortable enough, though I noticed one of the bed sheets have a hole, not a big bother for me but could be a big negative to others. The Toilet has a Hand Bidet which is always appreciated! But the shower does not have a door or curtain so water would always splash out onto the toilet floor. Water pressure is strong and the heater works really really well! One only gets a Toothbrush and a shower cap, and a Soap, the 2 in 1 shampoo and body soap which was in a dispenser was okay though. Breakfast options was a bit limited, mainly Indonesian cuisine, I did try the fried noodles and other stuff, but it was not that great for me. For those who prefer Continental, your choice would only be Jam and Bread and Coffee/Tea. I tried the Inroom Traditional massage, it was just okay! Would I go book in Cabin again? If my preferred Hotel is again fully booked, then Yes, but it won't be my first choice. But then my visit was for business, if for pleasure, Cabin offers easy access to the two malls I mentioned.

The room pretty spacious than most hotels in the nearest area. Price is good. The location is also strategic. Breakfast are provided and even though not much on the menu but Ok enough. On sunday, I could hear noises from some church above my floor. Kinda annoying actually, if you still want/need to rest. The bathroom is not privately enough for some people who shared the room but not acquainted. It has transparan glass and you can see the silhouette of the person who take shower. Sometimes the bathroom smelly enough so you asked for the staff to spray some perfume.
